First, the owner Jason took me to Barnes and Noble right around the corner while they worked on my car. I was very happy about that to start, then to make my long story short I had recently replaced an oxygen sensor at another shop twice with the light coming right back on. These guys diagnosed the problem, told me that I really needed a dealer oxygen sensor because the resistance on after markets were not right, I expected them to then kill me with the price, to my shock HK Auto sold me an O2 sensor from the Honda dealership for $40 less than the first shop sold me a "Bosch" O2 sensor. This made it painfully obvious that I had really been taken at shop "A" but they were nice about taking my money so I won't mention their name, and shop "B" HK Auto not only got it right, I passed inspection the next week after putting some miles on my car the light has remained off. I was in and out in two hours with my problem actually repaired at a cheaper price while using higher dollar parts.

I will never use anyone else, HK Auto and Jason have earned me and my family's business for life!
